You have 30 days from delivery to return anything you have bought from Desh–.
Contact us first
Email neil@deshhome.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will issue a return authorization and tell you how to proceed. Please do not ship anything back before you have one. Steel shelving is heavy and oversize, and there is often a better answer than freight.
Condition
Items must be unused. Hangtracks that have been drilled to a wall cannot be returned, since mounting marks the rail. Our cartons are built to protect steel in transit and are not designed to be reopened and resealed, so keep yours until you are certain.
Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered
We cover it. We will replace the item or refund it in full, and we pay any return shipping.
Change of mind
Return shipping is at your cost. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a return is resolved we refund to the original payment method within five business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Email neil@deshhome.com and we will stop it.
