Shipping policy

Where we ship

Desh– ships within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.

 

Cost

Shipping is included in the price of every item. There is no separate delivery charge and no minimum order.

 

Timing

Orders are dispatched within one business day. Most arrive within a few days of dispatch. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

 

How it arrives

Desh– is fulfilled through Amazon's logistics network. Hangtracks, standards and shelves ship as separate parcels and may arrive on different days. This is normal and nothing is missing. Check the tracking for each parcel.

 

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is late, damaged, or does not arrive, email neil@deshhome.com and we will put it right.
